As read on October 6, 2026, systeme.io prices four plans: Free at $0, Startup at $17 a month, Webinar at $47 a month and Unlimited at $97 a month, all billed monthly. A fifth card, Custom, has no public price and says Let's talk.

Annual billing prints a yearly amount instead: $170, $470 and $970 a year for Startup, Webinar and Unlimited, billed annually. The billing switch carries a 2 months free badge, and no monthly rate is quoted for annual billing here.

The Free plan never expires and does not require a credit card, so you can stay on it until you reach one of its limits, set out on systeme.io free plan.

What Startup, Webinar and Unlimited add

Startup lifts the contact cap from 2,000 to 5,000 and allows 3 custom domains, 10 automation rules (each a trigger and an action), 5 workflows (the multi-step version) and 5 courses with unlimited students. A life coach with 1,500 email subscribers selling a group program starts under the Free plan's 2,000 contacts, and Startup is where the cap reaches 5,000.

The systeme.io plan data and help center give the Startup plan 10 funnels, while a pricing page FAQ answer says unlimited funnels, so check the funnel limit on the plan card before you build around it.

Live webinars are not offered. The evergreen kind, pre-recorded and run on a recurring schedule, starts on Webinar with 10 of them, alongside 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 10 custom domains, 100 automation rules and 20 workflows.

A systeme.io pricing FAQ answer calls the Webinar plan unlimited everything, but its plan card caps Webinar at 50 funnels, 20 courses and 100 automation rules, so read the card limits rather than the word unlimited.

The Unlimited plan prints Unlimited for contacts, funnels, automation rules, workflows and custom domains, and adds early access to new features. Free migration, a done-for-you transfer by the systeme.io team, comes with the Unlimited monthly plan or any annual plan, and the work is done by hand in a queue.

Fees: a 0% transaction fee, card processing extra

The pricing page shows a 0% transaction fee on every plan and no setup fee. That fee is what systeme.io itself takes from a sale: Stripe or PayPal still charge card processing, and the pricing page gives no rate for either.

Monthly or annual subscription, upgrades and refunds

A subscription is monthly or annual. Upgrades can be made at any time, and a downgrade may need a support request. Over a limit, a paid account has 3 days to reduce its usage before the subscription is upgraded automatically; the systeme.io review covers what happens at a limit.

Subscription plans are not refundable under the terms, and an accidental duplicate purchase is refunded on request to support. On annual billing, Startup and Webinar also list a 1-on-1 kickstart coaching session and the free migration described above, which monthly billing gives only on Unlimited.

Monthly beside monthly, as each vendor's pricing page prints the cost of its entry paid plan:

• Launch, ClickFunnels: $97 a month, billed monthly, with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Basic, Kajabi: $179 a month, billed monthly, with a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan.
• Creator, Kit: $39 a month, billed monthly, for 1,000 subscribers; Kit's price changes with the subscriber count.
